Dawson Electric in absolutely deserves 5 stars. We had them complete a switchboard upgrade, install an EV charger, and sort out our fire alarms, and the whole process was excellent from start to finish.
The team (including Kendal in the office) were professional, reliable, tidy, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was completed to a high standard, communication was clear throughout, and everything felt well organised and properly explained.
A special mention to Sam, who was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. It is rare to find a tradesperson who combines technical skill with that level of customer service. And always greeted us with a smile!
